Carole-Anne Emond directs her practice in the fields of class action, as well as civil and commercial litigation. She joined the firm as a lawyer after completing her professional articling of the École du Barreau du Québec. She participates in the advancement of the firm’s class action by putting in place creative solutions adapted to the specific circumstances of each group. Since her arrival, she has been the point of contact for the members; she is also involved in the preparation of cases, and in the drafting of procedures, both for first instance and appeal.
Mtre Emond completed her law degree at the Université de Montréal, where she is on the Dean’s Honour List due to the quality of her academic performance. She also had the opportunity to study at Osgoode Hall in Toronto for part of her Bachelor’s Degree.
During her studies, she was involved in a consumer law organization, and she has participated in activities involving trial advocacy and litigation techniques.
She is currently taking Common Law courses to obtain the Juris Doctor degree.
