Benoît is one of the firm's co-directors and founders. Over the years, he has acquired solid experience in litigation and commercial arbitration. Benoît regularly appears in trial courts and the Quebec Court of Appeal. He has also brought cases to Federal Court.
In addition to his strong interest in shareholders conflicts, of which he heads our team of trial lawyers, Benoît works on contractual, real-estate, intellectual property, administrative, and labour law cases.
With his extensive experience in shareholders law, Benoît is also invited to act as a speaker in conferences relating to that field. Furthermore, Benoît is listed in the new edition of The Best Lawyers in Canada.
