Daniel is one of the founders and co-director of the firm. In addition to heading the class action team, he works on civil and commercial litigation, including cases related to franchise law and shareholders conflicts. He has brought cases before Quebec trial and appeal courts, serving as counsel for Crown corporations, multinationals, small businesses, as well as individuals.
Daniel often serves as a guest speaker at seminars on class actions and his opinion is often solicited by the media, particularly with respect to consumer rights. Also, Daniel is listed in the new edition of The Best Lawyers in Canada.
Prior to founding Belleau Lapointe, Daniel was a partner in one of Canada's most prestigious law firms.
