Eric joined the firm in January 2009. His practice is centered on litigation, class actions, construction law, energy law and real estate. With degrees in both Civil Law and Common Law, he acquired his experience in a major national law firm and in litigation boutiques. He appears before trial courts and appellate courts and he represents multinationals, small businesses, cooperatives, advocacy groups and individuals.

Eric has several publications to his name and has given conferences regarding class actions for both the Quebec Bar and the Canadian Bar Association. He has appeared before the media on several occasions in relation to class actions. He presently sits on the Bar of Montreal's liaison committee with the Superior Court.

In 1996 and 1997, Eric was a lecturer at the Faculty of Law of the National University of Rwanda.
