Class action

A class action has been  brought against Espar Inc., Espar Climate Control Systems, Eberspaecher Climate Control Systems International Beteiligungs-GmbH, Eberspaecher Climate Control Systems GmbH & Co. KG (previously doing business as “J. Eberspaecher GmbH & Co. KG”), Eberspaecher Gruppe GmbH & Co. KG, Espar Products Inc., Webasto SE, Webasto Thermo & Comfort SE, and Webasto Thermo & Comfort North America Inc.
