On February 15, 2021, a class action has been filed before the Superior Court of Québec against Flo Health, Inc., alleging that it falsely represented that it secures, maintains the privacy of, and does not disclose to third parties the sensitive personal information of users of its menstrual cycle, ovulation, and fertility tracking application, “Flo”.
Any person resident in Québec who used the “Flo” menstrual cycle, ovulation and fertility tracking app offered by Flo Health, Inc. between June 1, 2016 and February 23, 2019 can be a member of the purported class.
